Marches LEP launches new interactive funding tracker service

Published: January 18th, 2022

The Marches Local Enterprise Partnership has launched a new interactive service to help keep the region informed of latest Government funding announcements.

The new Marches LEP Government Funding Tracker brings together details of funding announcements from across the whole of the UK Government in a simple-to-use new service.

The LEP – and its business support service the Marches Growth Hub – say the tracker will help both businesses and stakeholders keep right up to date about important opportunities for the region.

Rachel Laver, Marches LEP chief executive, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer this new service for anybody across Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin who needs instant and updated access to Government funding announcements.

“The tracker has been developed to help funders, policy makers and others understand the complex and evolving landscape of government funding.

“It should also offer businesses an invaluable tool in helping them find the funding they are looking for and showing them just what funding opportunities are out there.”

The tracker will be compiled using a wealth of publicly available information to ensure it is as up to date and accurate as possible.

“The tracker curates a huge amount of public data and information from Government announcements, and although we cannot guarantee the accuracy or comprehensiveness of the information it contains, we are certain that it will be a huge help for anyone with an interest in this area,” added Rachel.
