Businesses from across the Marches are being urged to make the most of the opportunities the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games will bring.
Organisers say the Games will bring a wealth of opportunities, from trades and construction, through to the procurement and the steady supply of materials, goods and services.
Local and national tourism is also expected to be given a boost, with more than one million spectators expected to travel to the Games, giving a boost to restaurants, hotels and transport.
A spokesman urged businesses to register to be kept up to date with new tenders and opportunities to ensure they are best placed to take advantage of the business dividend the Games will bring.
“As the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games is a publicly funded event, we are required to comply with public contract regulations in the procurement of goods and services required to support the staging of the Games.
