Companies across the Marches which want to boost their management skills are being urged to beat a pre-Christmas deadline to sign up for a special programme.
The Star Manager programme wants to hear from any small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the region keen to join its cutting-edge programme to boost performance, productivity and profits.
A total of 1500 managers from 150 SMEs are being offered a place on the scheme – a six-month development programme for managers which can increase management effectiveness and business growth.
A Star Manager spokesman said: "Based on the fantastic results our clients are getting, the government wants to verify that the programme really can boost productivity, so they are partly funding the places and London School of Economics (LSE) is independently evaluating the results.
