a. What can I do differently – examining what you have and how you could change what you do, we will cover a number of examples of how business have adapted and the decisions and direction changes they made. We will then look at methods about how you could change your business

b. Is my cost base maximised – a simple equation Profit = Revenue – cost, if the revenue is not coming in how do you maximise your costs.

c. How will my business evolve – No one knows what will happen next but this part of the workshop will look at how you can create flexibility and potential use some of the changes required to be made during lockdown, this can then feedback to evolve your business plan.
