Enable – Shropshire Council

Enable is Shropshire Council’s Supported Employment Service, working with individuals to support them back into work.  

Project activity will be customised to individual needs and delivered on a 1-2-1 basis and if appropriate in a group session, with a person-centred approach.  The service will be flexible, offering a mixture of virtual (Teams, Zoom etc) and face-to-face appointments across one of our many locations across the county. Participants can start at any time; support will be provided on a weekly basis or as required.  

Programme content will be on an individual requirement but could include job specific training, employability training, life skills, better off calculations, basic skills, digital skills etc. Travel will be to the nearest base to their home and travel expenses would be provided.
