This masterclass has been designed to give you all the information you need to really develop your business plan, including cashflow forecast ready to access finance through your bank, other funder or grant application.
The second half of the day has been designed so that you leave with your own draft business plan, bespoke to your business. This will then be refined by you for success and commented on by the adviser.

- This is an interactive workshop, which will allow you to create your own draft business plan to take away with you.
- You are encouraged to bring your own laptop or tablet
- To gain maximum impact from this workshop, we recommend that you are available to attend the full programme, 1 day workshop and 2 online sessions.
- There will be a maximum of 15 individuals enrolled on this course. (Spaces are initially being limited to one person per business).
- This event is fully funded and free to businesses based in the Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to attend

About your facilitator
Matthew works with great people to help them build great businesses. A business growth and start consultant for over 25 years, with many unique organisations like yours. As well as consulting and running several of his own companies.
As an active accountant and entrepreneur Matthew assess business plans and loan applications for loan and grant applications, in this course Matthew will share what he and the finder is looking for in a successful application.
Matthew comes from an entrepreneurial family and has held high profile positions in industry to board level, but states that his true calling is self-employment. In 1994 Matthew took a leap into self- employment and entrepreneurship helping thousands of businesses in courses and through one on one support; including starting a few of his own companies and has never looked back. Matthew’s style of content delivery is that of stories, borne from experience working with great people.
