This Workshop will build upon a basic understanding of business planning which would have been covered in the morning workshop. We will do a 10-minute introduction/refresher covering this earlier session.

We will focus much more on the details of building a business model, financial forecast, and getting funds, as well as how this would be used to help develop a pitch deck. We will help you identify Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We will examine growth strategies and who and when to build the team. This workshop is intended for individuals who want to know more about business planning and provides more information from the morning session.
