Small companies in Hereford looking to improve business performance and drive up profits are invited to a workshop next month where they will learn the secrets of working smarter.
The free event which will give business owners an insight into the concepts of Lean working will be held on June 11 at at the Hereford Business Solutions Centre in Rotherwas.
It will be run by TXM Lean Solutions, world leaders in the successful implementation of Lean, and is expected to attract those in the manufacturing and supply chain industries.
Achieving profitable growth is a constant challenge for small and medium sized businesses but applying Lean practices can help create more value for customers with fewer resources.
The event will start at 9.15am with networking, followed by an introduction to Lean thinking and a tour of local business Broadfix to show how Lean principles have been applied in practical terms.
