Companies across the Marches which want to boost their management skills are being urged to beat a pre-Christmas deadline to sign up for a special programme.
The Star Manager programme wants to hear from any small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the region keen to join its cutting-edge programme to boost performance, productivity and profits.
A total of 1500 managers from 150 SMEs are being offered a place on the scheme – a six-month development programme for managers which can increase management effectiveness and business growth.
A Star Manager spokesman said: "Based on the fantastic results our clients are getting, the government wants to verify that the programme really can boost productivity, so they are partly funding the places and London School of Economics (LSE) is independently evaluating the results.
"For just £350+VAT per person, you and your managers will receive a development programme that will rocket your performance. The Government are funding the remaining cost as they are so confident about STAR‘® Manager’s potential."
The programme will help SMEs:
Get set for Brexit
Stop surviving and start thriving
Drive profitability and reduce costs
Increase performance and productivity
Improve wellbeing in the business
Develop managers by giving them access to the same training as the big corporates
Retain talent by investing in highly innovative development programmes
Use cutting edge learning solutions that meet the needs of your business
Star Manager says the programme requires no downtime from work and the application deadline has been extended to December 17 to allow more companies to register an interest.
