On 29 November 2018 Telford will reach its 50th birthday, a significant milestone in the on-going development of the town.
As part of these celebrations recognition is being made of the special place that businesses have played in making Telford such a vibrant place to live and work. At the Shropshire Chamber Business Awards an award will be made to the company that has had the greatest impact to the area anytime over the past 50 years.
It could be a new company to the area or a company that has been in Telford & Wrekin for the last 50 years. It could be the company that has the highest profile nationally and internationally, or a company that has engaged with the local community.
Maybe it’s because of unique and exciting products or a world-class profile in their area of operation. Perhaps it’s the company who has consistently offered first class employment opportunities and training.
