Wireless Innovation Grant

Apply for up to £5,000 to help purchase and install wireless technologies.

Businesses and organisations within the River Severn Catchment and that operate in or aligned to the water management, agriculture and public sectors are invited to apply for grant funding to assist them to adopt wireless technologies. The grant will be open to applicants until December 2024.

Grants of up to £5,000 are available (requiring 25% match funding or 10% for charities)

Examples of applications that could be supported:

  • Asset Management
  • Remote operations
  • Security
  • Assessing water levels and quality
  • Monitoring weather conditions
  • Recording emission rates
  • Testing soil conditions
  • Recording biodiversity
  • Smart metering
  • Livestock and crop monitoring
