Project ‘Shropshire Work and Learn’ aims to provide Tailored Support for the employed to access unaccredited and accredited courses through different delivery providers designed to enhance the skills of individuals already in employment. These courses are intended to help these individuals advance their careers while contributing to the growth of their employers’ businesses. The project will assess and offer grants and funding for courses to be delivered to employed people with low functional, digital, soft and technical skills across Shropshire. The project will also support in more employed people gaining licences and qualifications to advance in their careers and support the businesses they work in.
