Businesses from across the Marches are being given the chance to explore new export opportunities in key Southern European markets.

midlands_engineThe Midlands Engine is bringing together commercial officers from seven key Southern European markets to meet with Tech and Clean Growth companies based in the Midlands.

Sectors of interest include Fintech, Medtech, Edutech, Cyber, Sustainable Consumption, Waste Management, E-Vehicles and Renewable Energy.

The officers will give an insight into the current export opportunities and offer guidance into their markets.

As many as 23 commercial officers from Southern Europe will be attending for what promises to be an exciting week where new business relationships are guaranteed to be made.

Markets in attendance include:

• Cyprus

• France

• Greece

• Israel

• Italy

• Portugal

• Spain

A spokesman for the Midlands Engine said: "This is a great opportunity for Midlands companies to showcase their products or services with commercial officers to forge ongoing relationships with Southern European markets."

Registration is open until November 6 so companies need to move quickly to take up the opportunity.

There is a dedicated booking portal for this roadshow to allow you to request and book 1-2-1 virtual meetings throughout the week with our commercial officers. The system will allow all participants, both companies and commercial officers, to request and receive meeting submissions.
