A special showcase to help businesses in Telford to navigate the energy crisis is to be held in February.
The Business Support Showcase: Energy Efficiency & Resilience event on February 8 will be hosted by Enterprise Telford at the Marches Growth Hub Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.
It will be held at AFC Telford United’s ground in Watling Street, Wellington, and will showcase the support available to help businesses become more efficient and resilient in the face of rising energy bills.
Kelly Riedel, Shropshire Chamber’s events manager, said: “This free event will be a showcase of the support which is currently available to help companies reduce their energy costs.
“We are pulling together a group of expert speakers and exhibitors, who will cover a wide range of topics.
“These will include top tips for building resilience through planning and support, exploring the benefits of moving closer to net zero, and investing in the future for growth.”
The event will take place from 9am until 11am and there will also be a virtual pack of information curated from the event so delegates have all the information to refer back to whenever needed.
