The workshops are delivered over 4 weeks.
Workshop 1 is the Primer – an overview of the workshops and to gauge attendees bidding and funding application capability. This Primer will also capture information so that the following workshops address attendees’ interests and feedback.
Workshop 2 will cover how to find opportunities and preparing to bid. We’ll cover the search for tenders and the bid /no bid process. Then we’ll look at the information you’ll need to assemble to respond to an opportunity, along with the bid process from your kick-off meeting through to submitting a proposal.
In Workshops 3-4, we delve deeper into each element and give an insight into what successful organisations do to win business competitively, along with follow-up activities to improve your bid management, proposal writing and funding application skills. We’ll also cover the reviewing process and what to do after you’ve been notified of the result.
Richard Moreland of RTFQ-ATFQ Limited will lead the session, drawing on his experience and knowledge gained from over 25 years of successful writing for school, hospital, infrastructure, and consultancy bids. He will cover must-know information and the skills necessary to prepare a successful proposal and funding application.
Delegates will come away with the essential guidance for planning, writing, refining and submitting competitive proposals and applications.
