UKSPF Leadership Excellence: Mastering Key Skills

Interactive and developmental learning experience, including an ‘Alderford Escape Islands’ activity and a small boat trip over the lake (you will have 1 hour to solve puzzles and work together to uncover secrets or steal the loot etc).

This course combines the leadership expertise of Inspired Mindset Ltd with the fantastic resources, team, and private islands at Alderford Lake, Whitchurch, to provide you with a memorable, interactive, and developmental learning experience within a beautiful lakeside venue.

The day will be hands-on, engaging, and experiential and will be full of activities, discussion, and reflection specifically designed to focus on your leadership skills, meaning you can learn valuable skills from your experiences from the day, whilst also having fun.

Places are limited to one per business and there are 8 places available in total and the following eligibility criteria applies:

• Business must be an SME and be based in the Shropshire Council LA area (T&W is not eligible)
• Charities are not eligible.
• Only one space is available per business for this specific course, however, SMEs can access a maximum of 2 funded places in total, on any of our fully funded courses run through the UKSPF Upskilling Programme, including the Active Leadership Programme.
