About you facilitator
An award-winning business coach and bestselling author, Alan Adams has published a series of business books all firmly focused on helping businesses achieve the ultimate sustainable growth. A former weapons engineer and submariner with the Royal Navy, Alan went on to complete a BSc Degree in International Disaster Engineering and Management, where he focused on companies’ and governments’ strategies to deal with a crisis.
He is also a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and fully qualified life coach, and he now uses these skills to provide strategic support and consultancy to businesses across the UK.
Alan is a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association, a Professional Member of Chartered Management Institute, and one of the few business coaches in the UK trained in psychology of persuasion and influence.
He has also been recognised by Enterprise Nation three times as one of the UK Top 50 Advisors (Sales) and was a finalist in the APCTC Coach of the Year Awards.
