The Midlands Engine Investment Fund is pleased to invite you to join us for a series of two Masterclasses on Raising Finance. The first event will focus on Debt Financing and will take place on the 12th May 2021, the second Masterclass, taking place on 1st July 2021, will explore Equity Financing.
Senior Managers from the British Business Bank will be hosting these events with fireside chats with leading debt finance providers and equity investors across the Midlands, who will be sharing their expertise, best practices and lessons learnt.
The events are open to businesses looking to raise finance as well as advisers and the wider intermediary community supporting smaller businesses, with an opportunity to ask our expert panel questions during the webinars.
This second masterclass will focus on Equity Financing, looking at how and why equity investment can support business growth. This webinar will also address in part business valuations when seeking equity finance and discussions and tips on how to pitch to investors. The expert panel will include early-stage venture capital firm DSW Ventures and MEIF Equity Fund Managers Mercia Asset Management, Midven and The Foresight Group.
