Mental Health Awareness for Managers – Shropshire Chamber

This one hour introductory session managers will explore how to spot the signs of mental ill health in their teams.  The session will help you gain a basic knowledge of:
* The impact mental ill health can have on your teams
* Preventing mental ill health
* The importance of role modelling behaviours

The session will be delivered by Faye Brecknock – Training Services Manager for The Kaleidoscope Group.   
Faye has a wealth of experience in Mental Health Education and HR Learning and Development. Faye holds an MA in Dramatherapy, Award in Education, Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring and is an Approved Mental Health First Aid Instructor. This has enabled her to work with organisations upskilling managers, support staff and service users to become ‘mental health aware’ and challenge stigma around mental ill health.
