With an increasing number of companies doing business internationally there are numerous opportunities to collaborate, perform and build new relationships. However if you don’t get yourself culturally prepared, then you lose trust right from the beginning.
With each new opportunity comes hidden pitfalls around culture, ways of working and communication, not to mention language barriers. Only when businesses learn to appreciate and understand subtle cultural differences are they able to work, communicate and collaborate more effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners in multicultural settings.

About Marina Ibrahim

I am an experienced Cultural Agility Expert, Executive Coach and Change Facilitator with excellent interpersonal, tutoring and people development skills. My cultural intelligence development programmes and psychometric tools help businesses, executives, managers, key staff and team leaders build their ‘global mindset’ and increase their behavioural effectiveness including sales and leadership.
From a Cosmopolitan background, I am German-Egyptian by birth, I have lived and worked internationally for more than 20 years. I now have an in-depth knowledge, empathy and experience of the challenges and rewards involved with working internationally and living abroad. I am fluent in both English and German with further language skills in French and Arabic.
