Employment Law Update
We will be covering the key developments in case law over the last 6 months, including in relation to: sex discrimination and shared parental pay; calculating a week’s pay, including for the purposes of statutory redundancy pay; employee liability information under TUPE; clarification that voluntary overtime, standby allowances and call-out payments can count towards statutory holiday pay; and drafting non-compete restrictions.
Refreshments will be provided on arrival. In Shrewsbury, the employment law update will commence at 9am, and at the other venues the update will commence at 1pm. The updates shall last for up to an hour followed by Q&A.
