At Enable we specialise in helping growing companies big and small, in Shropshire, to build confidence and remove barriers within the workplace for disabled people.

In three weeks, Enable can support you to achieve the national service quality mark aimed at growing your business, lowering your costs and empowering your community.

The course will cover issues around disability, inclusivity and accessibility in your business and includes:

• The recruitment process
• Communicating and promoting vacancies
• The interview process
• Reasonable adjustments
• Supporting existing employees

You will also be provided with all the one to one support needed to register for the Disability Confident scheme and to implement the changes needed to achieve this.
