Lead by: Gemma Johnson and Deborah Summerfield
Gemma: A Level 7 Certified Coach, Business Consultant, and Prince 2 Project Manager. Founder of ‘Ladies Lunch’ Networking group. With expertise in the delivery of impactful mental health and well-being initiatives across various settings.
In my experience, a key pillar for sustaining good mental health is the profound understanding of oneself—knowing who you are, recognising your needs, and identifying effective tools for ongoing maintenance and resilience development.
Given the uniqueness of each individual, there’s no universal solution, but the landscape is rich with diverse ideas, fantastic resources, and supportive networks. Embracing this diversity allows for a personalised approach to mental well-being, ensuring everyone can find the right path for them.
Deborah: A qualified Mental Health First Aid England Instructor of 15 years, Deborah has delivered training in mental health to a wide range of people (charities, community groups, local authorities, businesses).
Deborah is also an experienced manager and understands the importance of finding effective ways to look after your own wellbeing, to be ready for whatever work, and life, throws at you.
Many people attend mental health training so that they can support others, but it is vital that we invest the time in ourselves and making an effective strategy for our own mental wellbeing. By looking after ourselves first, we will be better placed to help others.
This event is open to all businesses in Herefordshire and the Marches area.
Held in partnership with Mountain Perspective.REGISTER
