About Flower & White:
Flower & White are the award winning innovators behind a range of gourmet sweet treats – Merangz, Muffinz & Tweeners. Now a nationally recognised brand, the company started off from humble roots.
Originally known as The Little Round Cake Company Ltd, Flower & White began life on a stand at a local market selling Tweeners – perfectly in-between sharing cakes. A loyal fan base with an appetite for more, led to Merangz – naturally flavoured Swiss baked meringues, followed by Muffinz – deliciously filled gluten free muffins. They haven’t looked back since re-branding as Flower & White in 2015, creating inspiring desserts for both retail and foodservice.
