Are you ready for Making Tax Digital (MTD)?
18th March, 2019 9:15am to 11:30am
University Centre Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury
Making Tax Digital - or MTD – is the UK’s biggest tax shake-up in a generation.
HMRC is moving towards a fully digital based tax system, which will apply to a wide range of taxpayers, including most businesses, self-employed professionals, and landlords. This ‘new and improved’ tax system will require the majority of business owners to maintain digital records using compatible software.
MTD is being introduced in stages, but if you file a VAT return, you will be amongst the first required to become Making Tax Digital compliant! Whether you outsource your accounts or handle them yourself, this presentation will help you understand what will change and what you will need to do to ensure compliance.
We will discuss the solutions available, including bridging software and two options of all-inclusive cloud accounting software. These softwares record the entire journey of your accounting transactions and link directly to the new HMRC Making Tax digital system.
Join Experts Andrew Richardson and Sally Fisher from Whittingham Riddell who will run this free session.
