About Flower & White:
Flower & White are the award winning innovators behind a range of gourmet sweet treats - Merangz, Muffinz & Tweeners. Now a nationally recognised brand, the company started off from humble roots.
Originally known as The Little Round Cake Company Ltd, Flower & White began life on a stand at a local market selling Tweeners - perfectly in-between sharing cakes. A loyal fan base with an appetite for more, led to Merangz - naturally flavoured Swiss baked meringues, followed by Muffinz - deliciously filled gluten free muffins. They haven't looked back since re-branding as Flower & White in 2015, creating inspiring desserts for both retail and foodservice.
"Throughout the process, our relationship with Green Shoots Plus has been exceptionally positive. There has been proactive engagement and support through the application, decision making, 1-2-1 contact with our account manager Zoe Slattery, to payments.
"We move into our new premises in January 2017 after three months of structural enhancements to suit the business processes. We aim to implement BRC compliant environment and processes, increase turnover for 2017 by 50 per cent and continue to build a skilled, highly motivated team to help realise the company's' growth and export goals.
"From the home based startup in 2009, we have really come a long way."
